About us
Together, We can Make Sure no one in Huntingdon goes Hungry
We are the Ansary Foundation, our ambition is to put an end to poverty around the world.
When the pandemic hit we started small and began helping local people in Cambridgeshire by feeding the emergency services, providing regular donations to the local food banks and giving hampers to those in need. We also held many fundraising events and supported local events with donations and man power. We realised that helping those who needed it was the best use of our time. So, we decided to start our own non profitable charitable organisation. We have helped over 15,000 families in the UK and Bangladesh. We are currently operating in the UK and Bangladesh and are exploring the avenues to help those in the poorest parts of India. We currently have hundreds of regular volunteers in both countries and continually recruiting more. We have pledged to donate regular food parcels to the local food banks and hope to widen our donation areas throughout the UK. We hold regular charity events in Bangladesh providing Blankets and food essentials on a regular basis to those most in need.
We have also made collections and donations of clothing and essentials to help the refugees from Syria and Ukraine coming in to the UK.
