But what do you need for really good bread and pastries? Flour, water, yeast, grains or seeds, salt – and nothing else! This is the purity law according to which bread is baked at Riesenhuber. Because a baker who loves his craft also has a code of honor. It starts with the bread roll and ends with the pastries.
